Give Where We Live
At Empower Realty Group, we believe in giving back to our community. We do this by donating a portion of each closing to charitable organizations of our clients' choosing, volunteering in our community, and supporting non-profit organizations through supportive advertising and donations.
When you see a sign that says, "this is a Give where we live home" that means that a portion of the closing goes directly to a charitable organization of our client's choosing.

We believe being educated about your options and opportunities will empower you to make better choices.
We believe it is important to pour back into our community, and we do so by offering free classes, working as volunteers for local non-profit organizations, and financially supporting them through our Give Where We Live program.
Give Where We Live—
Supporting local non-profits is dear to our hearts, and we continue to make a financial donation
from each closing. At the end of the year, we will divide our collected donation total equally among these
organizations. This year, we have chosen to support the following organizations:
Barnstormers Theatre
Since 1952, Barnstormers Theatre has been a cornerstone of our community’s creative spirit. As we embark on our landmark 75th season, we continue our legacy of bringing high-caliber, soulful performances to the local stage. We are a theatre built by the community, for the community—transforming neighbors into actors and audiences into friends. Josephine Community Library
Privately funded through donations and grants and staffed mostly by amazing volunteers, the library system in our county is something to be truly proud of. In spite of numerous setbacks, the library has continued to show that it will persevere and chug along like the Little Engine that could. The library is currently battling to get an extension on the lease for the Grants Pass building, which ends at the end of the year. At the same time, they are actively fundraising to build a strong, vibrant downtown library on land they will own. This is of course a multi-year project. https://jclfoundation.org/
Oldies But Goodies
Oldies but Goodies takes in senior, medical and high risk dogs from high kill shelters and unsafe situations. We get them healthy and ready for new, loving homes. We also do all we can to support our community by providing food, toys, vaccines and other essentials for those is need of support, in order to help keep pets in their loving homes. www.Oldiesbutgoodiesrescue.com
